Cancellation Policies

  1. As we are dedicated to provide you the best services but in case of any delay or failed delivery to due un-avoided circumstances you can cancel your order.
  2. If the delivery of the product fails within the indicated deadline, the user can cancel the order and the amount will be refunded to the user.
  3. If the user places the order and due to some reason i.e. (the products goes “Out of Stock” or any other reason) or in case the retailer gets failed to ship the product, the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded. The customer will be informed about that.
  4. Thecustomer cannot cancel an order once it had been delivered. Though, a replacement option is available if delivered item is damaged. If the customer wants the products again, he/she has to place the order once more.
  5. If the vendor reports order as shipped and delivered from their side and the customer does not raise anycomplaint within 48 hours, the amount would be transferred to the vendor as per policy.
